Instead of Recrimination, How About Recognizing Your Wins?

I'm writing this at the end of the year. To state the obvious, it’s also the end of the decade.

No pressure, right? You have a few days to write your full list of New Year’s resolutions, get rid of all your clutter, lose ten pounds, stop eating sugar or drinking beer…. Ugh.

Instead of throwing our own selves under the bus, I have a better idea.

I’m decreeing that January 2020 be devoted to recognizing everything we’ve done right. To recognizing our wins.

I’m going to look at four areas of my life (or maybe more, don’t know yet): Visibility, Writing, Marketing, and Love.

Want to join me? What many, many things did you do right in 2019? In the comments below, tell me all about your successes.

And once you've taken note of some of your successes, reward yourself with a micro-adventure.
